I was never completely sold on "X-Files" but "Kolchak" I thought was rather believable, in its own well-worn way. And the chief reason was its star, Darren McGavin. Quite a guy.

It's sad to see talented actors like him pass on. Then again, nobody lives forever.

He's gonna be missed. Maybe I'll name a city after him when I take over the Internet Webcomics World.

Somehow, I think he'd have liked that. Somehow, also, I don't discount the possibility that you will take over the webcomics world someday.
